LI GUO SOUP
INGREDIENTS
Red jujube, Beta vulgaris, papaya, goji, huang jing, raspberry, yuzhu, cinnamomum cassia, dark plum fruit, chestnut, kernel, black eye beans, ginger.

HERBS & NUTRITION INFORMATION
- [Chestnut]:Invigorating spleen and replenishing qi, nourishing kidney for strengthening tendons, and removing edema.
- [Cinnamomum Cassia]:Warming spleen and stomach for dispelling cold, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain, and strengthening the stomach.
- [Black Eye Beans]:Removing dampness for regulating stomach and supports the spleen and stomach.
MEAL DESCRIPTION
Recommended daily dietary intake of magnesium for an adult is 320mg. Magnesium helps normal development of bones and teeth, maintains the normal function of heart, muscles and nerves, as well as body's normal metabolism. In the postpartum or post-surgery period, physical weakness might bring to poor sleeping quality, depression and anxiety. It might affect complexion and appetite as well. Polyunsaturated fatty acid can aid brain and visual development in children. Adequate intake of polyunsaturated fatty acids may reduce or alleviate the symptoms of seborrheic inflammation in infants, as well as to improve hyperactivity in children. Breast milk is the best source of polyunsaturated fatty acids for babies. Breastfeeding mothers should choose foods that are rich in unsaturated fatty acids during the breastfeeding/lactating period.
