Orders

There terms and an Order which is placed pursuant to these terms will form the entries agreement between you and Zi Jin Tang Australia in relation to the purchase, sale and delivery of the applicable products the subject of that order. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and an Order, these terms will prevail.

Once you have placed and paid for your Order, we will confirm your Order by way of provision of an Order Number. This will be recorded in your Zi Jin Tang Australia Account for further reference (Order History)

If a Product you have Ordered is missing from the box that we have delivered to you and you have not already heard from us about the shortfall in your Order, then please contact us the same day by email: service@tasteforlife.org.au or by telephoning us on +61-1300-799-788 and briefly explain the issue making reference to your Order Number.

 

Payment Terms

All orders require 100% pre payment. Payment for all Products and Services must be by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or any other payment method (WeChat Pay)

If we are unable to successfully process your credit card payment for your order that is accepted by us, then we may notify you of dishonour and cancel your order.

Discount codes

Discount codes cannot be used on any orders where there is an item included that already has an automatic discount applied to it.

Only one discount code can be used at a time.  

 

Food Allergy Disclaimer

Zi Jin Tang Australia makes attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Our Products are labeled with possible allergen-containing ingredients; however despite us taking the greatest care in our kitchen there always a risk of contamination.

In our production kitchen we use milk, egg, gluten, fish, nuts, soybean and sesame seeds. We cannot guarantee a total absence of these in any of our fresh confinement meals products. There is also a possibility that ingredients that we buy from manufactures could change their formulation at any time, without notice. Customer concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. 

 

Delivery & Return

Upon delivery of goods, the customer must check the goods and quantities delivered. If there is any discrepancy between the goods ordered, the goods delivered and the docket, the customer must notify our customer service via email.

 

By reason of food safety and sanitation responsibilities, refunds of sold products are not available. However, we are more than happy to offer exchanges or a refund on any faulty merchandise provided with proof of purchase within 3 days of receipt of goods. 

 

Refund Policy

Please note that Zi Jin Tang Australia (Taste For Life) does not offer a refund for change of mind.

If you placed an order on the Site under the terms and conditions and have received a product that is not what you ordered, faulty, or damaged during the delivery process, you may contact us by email to make arrangements to return or exchange that product.

You must provide us with the invoice issued to you for your order to make a claim. If you fail to do so, then we may reject or deny your claim.

Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make payment for the order.  

 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be received in writing to Zi Jin Tang Australia Email: service@tasteforlifeaustralia.com.au Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellation is not confirmed until received in writing by Zi Jin Tang Australia (Taste For Life)

 

Responsibility

Zi Jin Tang Australia (Taste For Life) will take all care but will not accept responsibility for any theft, damage or loss to any goods that may occur to any goods left unattended after delivery has occurred, to the provided delivery address. Zi Jin Tang Australia (Taste For Life) is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses that you may suffer or incur as a result.
