MAI DOU SOUP

INGREDIENTS

[Spicy soybean sauce (Chili. seasame oil, sugar, salt, non-GM soybeans), soya sauce, sugar, beta vulgaris, sesame oil, szechuan pepper, anise, fennel, aged mandarin orange peel, sugar, star anise, salt, licorice, black pepper, cumin], black bean, pearl barley, ginger.
**This product may contain trace of nuts, soybeans, sesames, pearl barley and black bean.


HERBS & NUTRITION INFORMATION

  • [Licorice]:Tonifying Qi, invigorating spleen and harmonizing stomach, clearing heat, detoxifying, reducing phlegm, relieving cough, alleviating pain.
  • [Fennel]:Warm the Interior and help Tonify Spleen and Lung Qi, both important for supporting digestive function, supporting lactation.
  • [Black Bean]:Nourishing liver, kidney, blood for improving eyesight and boosting immune system.

MEAL DESCRIPTION

Zinc is an essential mineral important component of the human insulin and more than 200 kinds of enzymes and proteins in the body. It helps to maintain normal growth and development as well as promote healthy skin and digestion and cellular metabolism. Zinc also helps regulate taste, appetite, growth and reproductive function.

The recommended dietary allowance of zinc for adult is 12 mg per day. Breastfeeding mother need an additional 3 mg of zinc per day. Adequate zinc intake may prevent skin irritation and redness in babies.

  • Skinned and boned-in poultry and livestock, eel.

INGREDIENTS

Red vinasse (rice, water, red yeast rice), rice wine, sesame oil, soya sauce, beta vulgaris, black bean, red bean, dried longan, ginger.

Black sesame oil, black bean, kelp, red vinasse (rice, water, red yeast rice, salt, sugar), soya sauce, red bean, dried longan, ginger.

XING ER SOUP

INGREDIENTS

Beta vulgaris, polygonatum odoratum (Yu Zhu), white hyacinth bean, palmleaf raspberry fruit, Licorice, almond, tremella, ginger.

MEAL DESCRIPTION

Dietary proteins, whether animal or plant based, can be converted by human body to produce collagen. Colloidal matter in food includes collagen protein, vegetable gum, pectin and gelatin are some common sources of collagen widely distributed in animals and plants. Many foods with sticky consistency/texture are mostly rich in pectin, and can also help in supplementing collagen.
