Delivery & Return
Due to Health Sanitation and Safety, Zi Jin Tang Australia will not accept the return of goods once the order has shipped. Zi Jin Tang Australia (Taste For Life) is happy to offer exchanges or a refund on any faulty merchandise provided with proof of purchase within 3 days upon receipt of goods in the unlikely situation that they might be damaged during the transportation.
Upon delivery of goods, the customer must check the goods and quantities delivered within 3 days with a parcel unpacking vedio recorded. If there is any discrepancy between the goods ordered, the goods delivered and the docket, the customer must notify our customer service via email with parcel unpacking vedio provided.
For Faulty Item(s)
If you found your product(s) is faulty, please contact our Customer Service. Our team will discuss this with you to sort out the problem. Usually, you will need to return the faulty product(s), then we will replace it with an identical item. In case, we are failed to replace you an identical item, you may
(1) ask for a single-item refund, or
(2) exchange with another same-valued product.
Please notify that customer will have to pay return postage regardless of the reason. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement item will be sent out to you, at no charges.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details before-hand to our Customer Service:
- Your full name (Ms/Mrs/Mr)
- Your order number
- Your contact details (A phone number is necessary)
If possible, please also include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product, this will help the issue is resolved quickly and smoothly.
Refund Policy
Please note that Zi Jin Tang Australia (Taste For Life) does not offer a refund for change of mind.
If you placed an order on the Site under the terms and conditions and have received a product that is not what you ordered, faulty, or damaged during the delivery process, you may contact us by email to make arrangements to return or exchange that product.
You must provide us with the invoice issued to you for your order to make a claim. If you fail to do so, then we may reject or deny your claim.
Refund will be made via bank transfer to your nominated bank account or will be processed using the same method that was used to make payment for the order.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be received in writing to Zi Jin Tang Australia Email: service@tasteforlifeaustralia.com.au Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
For the DIY Postpartum Confinement Meal Package, once the Order has confirmed and the payment received, the product will be reserved for you. If you cancel an order before dispatch or any other reasons after the Order confirmed, the Cancellation fee of $100 will be charged for DIY Confinement Package. Cancellation is not confirmed until received in writing by Zi Jin Tang Australia (Taste For Life).
For the Fresh Meal Delivery Service, completion of the deposit means you are agree to make the reservation of the meal schedule. If you wish to cancel the reservation, there will be 5% of the total purchase amount occurs as the booking cancellation fee. Also, you will need to inform us in a written notice to service@tasteforlifeaustralia.com.au at least 30 days before your due date or first meal estimated delivery date. If its less than 30 days, the cancellation is not acceptable and not refundable. You may choose to change any other equivalent value products or package, then the cancellation fee can be waived. The cancellation of order with gift packs promotions and the gift packs have been collected by the customer, the refund amount will be deducted with the gift packs value from the total ordering amount.
