Return and Refund Policy


Non-Returnable Items – Food & Personal Care Products

Due to strict health, sanitation, and safety regulations, Zi Jin Tang Australia (Taste For Life) is unable to accept returns or exchanges for any food products or personal hygiene items once they have been shipped. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity, safety, and quality of our products for all customers.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase, especially when it includes perishable goods, supplements, or personal care items.

For Faulty Item(s) & Return

Upon receiving your order, you are required to inspect the contents and quantities within three (3) days of delivery. For any claims regarding missing or incorrect items, a video recording of the parcel unpacking process must be provided as verification. Please contact our customer service team by email and submit the video along with your order details.

Zi Jin Tang Australia (Taste For Life) is pleased to offer free exchanges for any products found to be faulty or damaged during transit. To be eligible, you must provide proof of purchase and notify us within three (3) days of delivery. Once verified, a replacement will be arranged and shipped at no additional cost.

Before returning any product, please ensure that you first provide the following details to our customer service team:

· Your full name (including title, such as Ms/Mrs/Mr)

· Your order number

· Your contact information (a phone number is required)

If available, please also include your original order confirmation or invoice. This will help us resolve your concern promptly and accurately.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after more than three (3) days.

Typically, you will be asked to return the faulty product(s), after which we will replace them with identical items. If we are unable to offer an identical replacement, you may choose one of the following options:

1. A refund for the item in question, or

2. An exchange for another item of equal value.


Cancellation & Refund Policy  


-Individual Products

By placing an order for individual products (excluding DIY postpartum meal packages and Fresh meal delivery packages) via our website and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to our purchase process and Terms of Service.

· If you choose to cancel your order before the items have been shipped, a 2% administrative processing fee will be deducted from your order total. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original method of payment.

· Once the goods have been shipped, we only accept exchanges for faulty or damaged items. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

To submit a claim, you must provide us with the invoice issued for your order. Claims submitted without valid documentation may be declined.

All approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your nominated account, or through the original payment method used during checkout.

 

- DIY Postpartum Meal Packages 

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Zi Jin Tang Australia (Taste For Life). Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

· Once your order for a DIY Postpartum Meal Package is confirmed and payment is received, the product will be reserved specifically for you.


If you cancel the order prior to dispatch, or for any reason after confirmation, a cancellation fee of AUD $100 will be charged to cover administrative and preparation costs.

· As an alternative, you may choose to convert your reservation into other products or packages of equal value, in which case the cancellation fee may be waived. Cancellation is not valid until confirmed in writing by Zi Jin Tang Australia.

 

- Fresh Meal Delivery Service

By completing the deposit for the Fresh Meal Delivery Service, you confirm your reservation and acceptance of the scheduled delivery plan.

· If you cancel the reservation, a 5% cancellation fee will apply based on the total purchase amount. You must provide written notice via email at least 30 days prior to either your estimated baby’s due date or the scheduled meal start date, whichever comes first.

· Cancellations received less than 30 days in advance are not eligible for refund.

· As an alternative, you may choose to convert your reservation into other products or packages of equal value, in which case the cancellation fee may be waived.

 

If your order includes gift pack promotions, and the gift pack has already been collected, the value of the gift pack will be deducted from your eligible refund amount.
