Return and Refund Policy

Due to Health, Sanitation, and Safety policies, Zi Jin Tang Australia will not accept the return of goods once the order has been shipped.

For Faulty Item(s) & Return

Upon delivery of the goods, customers must check the items and quantities delivered within 3 days, accompanied by a parcel unpacking video recording. If there is any discrepancy between the goods ordered and the goods delivered, customers must notify our customer service team via email with the parcel unpacking video as evidence.

 Zi Jin Tang Australia (Taste For Life) is happy to offer exchanges for any faulty merchandise, provided that proof of purchase is submitted within 3 days of receiving the goods, in the unlikely event that they are damaged during transportation. The replacement of faulty items will be sent to you free of charge.  

Before returning your product, kindly ensure that you provide the following details to our Customer Service team in advance:

  • Your full name (including title, such as Ms/Mrs/Mr)

  • Your order number

  • Your contact information (a phone number is required)

  • If possible, please also include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. This will help ensure the issue is resolved quickly and smoothly.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after more than 3 days. 

Typically, you will need to return the faulty product(s), after which we will replace them with identical items. In the event that we are unable to provide an identical replacement, you may choose to:

  1. Request a single-item refund, or

  2. Exchange the product for another item of equal value.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy 

Please note that Zi Jin Tang Australia (Taste For Life) does not offer a full refund for a change of mind. 

- Upon placing an order for individual items (excluding DIY postpartum meal packages and Fresh meal delivery packages) via our website and completing the payment, you are deemed to have agreed to the purchase process. 

  • If you decide to cancel the order and request a refund before the goods are shipped, a 2% administrative processing fee will be deducted from the order amount. The remaining balance will be refunded through the original payment method.
  • After the goods are shipped, we only accept exchanges for faulty merchandise or products.
You must provide us with the invoice issued to you for your order to make a claim. If you fail to do so, then we may reject or deny your claim. Refunds will be made via bank transfer to your nominated bank account or will be processed using the same method that was used to make payment for the order.

- DIY postpartum meal packages and Fresh meal delivery packages

All cancellation requests must be received in writing to Zi Jin Tang Tasteforlife Australia via Email. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.For the DIY Postpartum Confinement Meal Package, once the Order has been confirmed and the payment received, the product will be reserved for you. If you cancel an order before dispatch or for any other reasons after the Order is confirmed, the Cancellation fee of $100 will be charged for the DIY Confinement Package. Cancellation is not confirmed until received in writing by Zi Jin Tang Australia (Taste For Life). 

For the Fresh Meal Delivery Service, completion of the deposit means you are agree to make the reservation of the meal schedule. If you wish to cancel the reservation, there will be 5% of the total purchase amount occurs as the booking cancellation fee. Also, You will need to provide written notice via email at least 30 days prior to your estimated baby's due date or at least 30 days before the estimated meal start date. If it is less than 30 days, the cancellation is not acceptable and not refundable. You may choose to change any other equivalent value products or packages, then the cancellation fee can be waived. For cancellations of orders with gift pack promotions, if the gift packs have already been collected by the customer, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the gift packs, deducted from the total order amount.
