Instructions for Use :

• ZJT Menstrual Herbal drink : Drink on the [ first day of menstruation. ] Consume 2 packs per day for 5 consecutive days.
  Ingredients: Chinese herbal extract (Water, Longan, Red Dates, Cinnamon Twig, Raspberry, Mulberry, Safflower, Monk Fruit, American Ginseng), Cranberry Concentrate.

• ZJT Beauty Essence : Drinking [ after the end of menstruation. ]
  One pack daily for 5–10 consecutive days after your period.
